ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Production Control Analyst II to join our team in Waldmohr, Germany. This is an onsite position. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever Sanitization (ACAS) program.
*Important Note*: Selected candidates without an ACTIVE German/E.U. Work Visa will be required to work the first 60 days in a Temporary role while obtaining their Visa. Once an E.U. Work Visa is approved, then you will be offered a Full-Time German Contract. If accepted, then you will be subjected to paying German taxes, obtaining German Healthcare, and working within the guidelines of the German labor system.
The Production Control Analyst II is responsible for assisting with building and updating detailed integrated production schedules. They identify information relevant to the integrated Government schedule and assist with basic analysis of schedule data related to programs, projects, and/or processes using MS Project and MS Excel. The Production Control Analyst II receives guidance and oversight from the Production Control Supervisor III. This position supports ACAS Coordination Cell (ACC) activities, TOR Tasks and SubTasks as indicated in support of ACAS execution as part of the ACC Production Control capability area and will support ACAS activities from the assigned work location of Poznan, Poland.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- They format schedule information in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and OnePager Pro (as appropriate) for presentation in meetings by senior Program Schedulers, using the data provided.
- They support the ACAS Production Control capability and the Production Control Supervisor, ensuring proper scheduling and management of RST resources.
- They prepare corrective action plans to resolve mitigate field identified issues/challenges based upon received data, observations, and reports.
- They analyze resource allocation per the ACAS Regional Integrated Master Schedule (RIMS) and support the update, function, and improvement of the Common Operating Picture (COP).
- They conduct visits and assessments, as directed, to analyze the effective, efficient, and compliant performance of cleaning and sanitization services.
- Proactively supports the ACAS Safety Plan.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree(Permitted experience exchange: High School and 6 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 4 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree)5+ years of qualified logistics experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field (OR) 7+ years of qualified logistics experience and an associate degree in a related field (OR) 9+ years of qualified logistics experience.
- Three (3) years of position specific relevant experience.
- Familiarity with industrial or military maintenance and repair.
- Experienced with scheduling applications such as MS Project, MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operational Analysis, Management or related field. Experience as a Military Operational Analyst or Production Analyst for manufacturing or logistics business.
- Proven maintenance, repair and technical experience and background in industrial manufacturing, commercial maintenance or military operations or maintenance.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance is required prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
- Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
- Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
