Description & Requirements
ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations Center Support Technician to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a 24x7 watch-floor position with rotating shifts that can vary between 10-12 hours. Ability to support rotational schedule to include day, mid and night shifts is a requirement.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Review, assign, reconcile and support the transfer of data throughout their lifecycle.
Provide technical assistance and telephonic support for monitoring to Intel Customers.
Help provide support for Workflow Management services
Communicates with technicians to determine task assignments
Coordinates with Site Leads and Regional Managers on ticket prioritization and assignments
Follows up with other work centers to ensure task completion and task assignment
Monitor and support ticket workflows
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional related experience may be substituted for a degree.
2-5 years of IT experience.
Ability to support rotating work schedule as necessary for 24x7 operational support.
Preferred Qualifications:
5-10 years' of related experience.
IAT Level II certification.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current/active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to collaborate with other leaders/teams, use standard office automation equipment, and virtual communication.
