ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented OneStream Trainer & Tester to join our team. This will be loated in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that support both individual and organizational development. This role requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles, as well as the ability to assess training needs, develop curricula, and deliver engaging training sessions. By partnering with various departments, the Training Specialist ensures that all employees have access to the necessary resources to enhance their professional capabilities and contribute to the organization's overall success.
The OneStream Trainer & Tester will also work with the Business Analyst and OneStream Developers to plan and conduct end-user focused testing and develop user guides and other documentation for the user community.
Training Specialist Responsibilities & Duties
Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements
Design, develop, and implement effective training programs and materials
Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions for employees at various levels
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment tools
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development
Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training initiatives with organizational goals
Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar and schedule
Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to employees as needed
Monitor and report on training outcomes and progress
Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, including e-learning, workshops, and simulations
Manage training budgets and resources efficiently
Update training content regularly to ensure relevance and accuracy
Assist in developing career development plans for employees
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate training requirements
Testing Duties
Execute end user focused test cases
Test the applications and functionality that our customers use to demonstrate compliance to requirements.
Learn the systems and create test cases, reports and test matrices for each new additional feature and function of the systems.
Understand the user experience with the applications being tested by attending user forums to hear the issues that users are having with the applications or processes supporting them.
Contribute as a member of an agile and fast-paced Scrum Team.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a training and development roleKnowledge of instructional design and curriculum development
Proven track record of successful training program implementation
High level of proficiency in digital training tools and platforms
Strong project management skills
Background in performance management and employee development
Experience with virtual and remote training delivery
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
Ability to assess training needs and design effective training programs
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Experience in developing and delivering training content across various formats
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Experience planning and performing functional testing from an end-user perspective (e.g., user acceptance testing)
Preferred Qualifications:
Federal financial management or Federal Budgeting experience
Experience with CPM platforms (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion)
Experience with financial systems
Security Clearance Requirements:
Interim Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Secret clearance
