This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Applying advanced theoretical knowledge of Computer Science and Engineering principles to proficiently develop, write, test, troubleshoot, and document code and interfaces for financial management applications using the OneStream XF platform

  • Developing and troubleshooting a variety of components that include security models, event processes, custom dashboards, reports, business rules, and member formulas, with a focus on enhancing system functionality and efficiency

  • Conducting comprehensive unit, system, and interface testing to ensure the seamless integration and functionality of the developed components

  • Actively participating in various phases of the software development cycle, ranging from systems analysis and design to development, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions

  • Creating and regularly updating process documents and training materials to provide clear guidelines and support for the team and stakeholders

  • Designing and creating financial reports and dashboards based on specific client requirements while adhering to industry best practices to ensure the delivery of accurate and meaningful insights

  • Identifying potential project risks, providing risk mitigation options, and escalating unresolved risks to project management to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines

  • Designing and building data conversion and data load artifacts throughout various project phases, to ensure smooth data migration and accuracy

  • Continually expanding your knowledge of OneStream through comprehensive training, financial processes, and industry best practices, to stay abreast of the latest trends and enhance your professional growth

  • Working in an agile environment, applying agile practices, and actively participating in daily stand-ups and scrum activities to foster collaborative and efficient project management

Basic Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Information Systems or related field

  • 3+ years of relevant OneStream experience or comparable experience performing software development, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery

  • Familiar with C# or VB.NET, to handle technical requirements of the role

  • SQL experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases, to manage and manipulate data effectively

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, to navigate through complex situations and provide effective solutions

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with OneStream, Hyperion Planning, or SAP BPC Financial Reporting development, to bring valuable insights and expertise to the role

  • Strong technical/programming background with object-oriented languages: VB, C#, Python, etc.

  • Any OneStream certifications, to demonstrate your expertise and commitment to professional development

  • General knowledge of federal financial management processes and requirements

  • Comfortable with the full software development life cycle

  • Experience writing OneStream business rules

  • Experience with agile software development methodology and Jira / Confluence

  • A minimum of 4+ years of work experience in a technical field to demonstrate your practical knowledge and skills

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship and must be able to obtain U.S. Government Public Trust or Secret Clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $90,200.00-$149,600.00.
