ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Network Administrator to join our team in Stennis, MS.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Install, maintain, and configure L2 and L3 network equipment (routers, switches, etc.) 

  • Monitor network performance to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively utilizing network management systems and tools 

  • Assist with the development and implementation of disaster recovery programs. 

  • Assist with incident management, problem management, and change management tickets. 

  • Follow organizational IT security procedures for network setup, installing firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, etc. and monitoring system logs for signs of intrusions. 

  • Collaborate with and lead other team members to troubleshoot complex network issues 

  • Performs other duties as assigned which may require specific physical abilities.  

  • Offer guidance and direction to less experienced team members. 

  • Review and update SOPs, and other documents 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • An IAT II certification

  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical field

  • A minimum of three (3) years of related experience in Network Administration

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Any of the following certifications: CCNA, Agile, ITIL

Clearance Requirements:  

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance 

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD suitability

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% 

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer 

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
