ManTech seeks a motivated, career customer-oriented Naval Aviation Studies and Analysis Coordinator to join our team in Arlington, VA. This is an onsite position 
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV N98) scientific analysts in their engagements with relevant stakeholders

  • Monitor and support various studies and projects related to OPNAV N98 operations and strategy

  • Facilitate system architecture support for multiple projects

  • Provide support for specific initiatives, including Concept of Employment (CONEMPS) reviews and In Progress Reviews (IPRs)

  • Review and coordinate studies in support of analytic priorities and Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Directorate of Air Warfare's Science and Technology (OPNAV N98 S&T) efforts

  • Support the OPNAV N98 S&T Advisor on various programs and initiatives

  • Provide on-site programmatic support on S&T, studies, and analytic matters

  • Manage interactions with the Navy Analytic Office, Naval Postgraduate School, Center for Naval Analyses, and other analytic stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain transition and deployment records, and produce analyses of factors affecting successful technology transitions

  • Author program business rules, technology transition agreements, briefing packages, and other guidance documents

  • Collaborate with acquisition and resource communities to better align OPNAV N98 S&T efforts with JCIDS requirements

  • Review Department of Navy demand signals and map to OPNAV N98 S&T projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Scientific field

  • 15+ years of experience collecting, analyzing, managing, and delivering unclassified and classified research and analysis

  • 15+ years of experience in supporting studies and analysis within the Department of the Navy, Naval Aviation

  • Familiarity with Naval Aviation operations, S&T programs, and strategic guidance

  • Knowledge of analytic models and modeling environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current and active TS/SCI clearance

Physical Requirements

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
