ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Model-Based Systems Engineer to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This position is onsite.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military weapons systems

• Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation

• Applies systems engineering experience to perform system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management

• Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates software, components, or systems related to requirements of military weapons systems, associated support systems, or management information systems

• Travel up to 25%

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an Engineering related discipline

• 5+ years of Model Based Systems Engineering experience

• Experience using Cameo Systems Modeler

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with NAVAIR Systems Engineering

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
