ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Model Based Operations Research Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD.  This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Study and analysis of technological challenges related to engineering/scientific development of processes, systems, and equipment utilizing Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) practices.

  • Design and execute procedures for experiments, tests, and evaluations on weapons utilizing mathematical and computerized modeling and other analytical techniques.

  • Provide results of analysis in report and presentation format to client stakeholders and decision makers.

  • May provide direction to junior level analysts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Management, Technical, or Scientific area

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Systems Engineering with MBSE applications and technology

  • Experience with MBSE practices and tools such as: SysML, Cameo System Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architect, Cameo Collaborator, and Teamwork Cloud

  • Experience and knowledge of the MBSE’s lifecycle: impact on system requirements, design, analysis, verification and validation

  • Experience utilizing Microsoft products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and hold an active Secret clearance to start on program.

Physical Requirements:

  • Tasking is primarily computer based

  • The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods


The projected compensation range for this position is $81,700.00-$137,100.00.
