ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Mission Engagement Lead to join our team in Doral, FL.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Mission Engagement Lead shall
Provide leadership and accountability ensuring enterprise IT performance meets customer expectations and all mission requirements across the Area of Responsibility (AoR).
Work with government customers to assess their user experience and make recommendations in processes and technology to increase user satisfaction.
Responsible for fostering and improving communication as well as collaboration among all stakeholders.
Implementing problem curation methodologies to ensure we identify and define problems effectively before seeking solutions.
Streamlining communication to ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of mission needs and ongoing challenges.
Establishing a collaborative environment and applying effective problem curation, the Mission Engagement Lead can significantly reduce the time it takes to identify and solve mission-critical problems.
Prepare and deliver information regarding enterprise performance to government and contractor leadership as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 8 years of experience supporting a Combatant Command or Component Command Staff experience.
Five (5+) or more years of experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) or intelligence community (IC) customers to solve problems.
Experience supporting DoD joint operations, including exercises and training.
Three (3+) or more years of experience supporting geographically dispersed users, including OCONUS users.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in the USSOUTHCOM AoR is desired.
Experience working with foreign Partner Nation Forces (PNF) and/or Security Cooperation Organizations (SCOs) is desired.
Fluency in Spanish is desired.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a active/current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
