ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Mid - Level Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team in DC, Maryland, & Virginia (DMV) area.
Cyber Security Program Manager demonstrates overall accountability for Cyber programs. You may be responsible for product delivery and financial management of client engagements. In this role you will perform independent quality assurance reviews of program performance and deliverables to ensure that contractual obligations are being met. Cybersecurity Program Managers are also recognized experts in the areas of cyber process and the protection of technical architecture. They lend thought leadership to engagement teams in developing creative solutions to client problems.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversees and manages the cyber security programs collaborating and working close with other functional areas, stakeholders, and other vendors POCs whose support intertwines with the successful completion of the value stream’ collaborate and work with customer to define the requirements clearly and concisely documenting the requirements to be used to build the project plan and develop project schedule and artifacts; coordinates and collaborates with teams and stakeholders to develop and drive a plan with well-defined milestones
Leads and oversees the cyber security project managers coordinating resources, establishing priorities, and tracking; manages and documents the cost, schedule, performance and risks associated with each project; tracks and manages risks with the project stakeholders; develops and provides project status update briefings for project team members and stakeholders
Coordinates and collaborates with technical teams providing advice, staying abreast of technical solutions, and provide necessary cyber security resources to accomplish required actions
Identifies functional and cross-functional requirements and projects resources required for each task and implementation of solutions
Analyzes existing business applications and Cloud platform technical requirements to ensure that functional, technical, and application migration changes adhere to global technology standard and advises stakeholders on cyber security status and needed upgrades, updates, and tech refresh to maintain required levels of cyber security posture
Coordinates with different technical teams responsible for applications’ migration between development, test, Integration, and Production environments
Analyze, review, recommend changes as appropriate for processes to keep processes efficient and aligned with mission, laws, regulations, and policies
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in Program/Project Management
Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, computer science, finance, business management, or related degree
PMP Certification
IAM II Certified
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Network Operations Center (NOC) or IT Operations experience
PMO experience
One of the following certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Data Management Pr5ofessional (CDMP), Six Sigma Certification, ITIL4
IAM III/ IAT III
ServiceNow Certification
Understanding of ITIL4 principles
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current/active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI.
The ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD suitability is required prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
