Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Specialist II to join our team in the Miami, FL. We have several different levels and locations open for this role.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provides support to task assignment and management staff for Program Administration and Deployment processes.
Data entry, scheduling medical appointments, organizing travel arrangements, coordinating CRC appointments, processing visas and facilitating the issuance of LOAs and CACs.
Collaborate and communicate with individual employees, Senior Management Specialists, PMO, and other relevant groups.
Takes direction from more senior personnel and collaborates and shares work with other Management Specialist IIs.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, or a related discipline.
4 or more (4+) years of position-specific relevant experience.
If a candidate does not have a degree at all, four (4) additional years of experience are required.
If a candidate holds an Associates degree rather than a Bachelors degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, or a related discipline.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and/or SharePoint.
A current/active TS/SCI security clearance w/ Polygraph is preferred.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current/active Top Secret/SCI
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
