MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst to join our team in Patuxent River, MD. This is a 100% onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses.
Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings.
Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information related to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
Track program/project status and schedules.
Development of organization and project level business processes, standards, and procedures.
Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performance.
Ability to support CONUS travel on occasion
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in a technical or business discipline. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 6 years of relevant work experience OR an associate’s degree (with the same or similar curriculum focus) plus four (4) years’ additional work experience may be substituted
3+ years of experience performing work related to Project Management
3+ years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs or related organizations
Familiar with the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) organization and operations or related DoD supporting Navy Aviation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with collaborating across various aviation organizations
Ability to conduct briefings to Senior Military & Civil Service personnel
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and have a current/active TOP SECRET clearance, with ability to obtain SCI eligibility
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
The projected compensation range for this position is $105,800.00-$175,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
