MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst to join our team in Patuxent River, MD.  This is a 100% onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules.

  • Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses.

  • Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings.

  • Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information related to aircraft acquisition and product programs.

  • Track program/project status and schedules.

  • Development of organization and project level business processes, standards, and procedures.

  • Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performance.

  • Ability to support CONUS travel on occasion

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in a technical or business discipline. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 6 years of relevant work experience OR an associate’s degree (with the same or similar curriculum focus) plus four (4) years’ additional work experience may be substituted

  • 3+ years of experience performing work related to Project Management

  • 3+ years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs or related organizations

  • Familiar with the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) organization and operations or related DoD supporting Navy Aviation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with collaborating across various aviation organizations

  • Ability to conduct briefings to Senior Military & Civil Service personnel

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and have a current/active TOP SECRET clearance, with ability to obtain SCI eligibility

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations


The projected compensation range for this position is $105,800.00-$175,900.00.
