Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistician to join our team in the Columbia and Hanover, MD area. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate, perform, and support ManTech’s Integrated Logistics Support processes, programs, and controls.
  • Receive, store, document, and transfer materials/equipment essential to the program.
  • Provides Lab usage coordination, provisioning of lab resources (assist with requirements gathering, maintain spare listing of servers/workstations) and develop and enforce LAB SOPs
  • Provides logistics and export control support to Government personnel by assisting with the management processes related to the acquisition and shipping of equipment to the Customer’s worldwide Partner
  • Develop material handling processes for shipping, receiving, storage, and disposition of property
  • Maintain and update property accountability and logistics documents as necessary
  • Organize and manage processes essential to integrated logistics support for the program


Basic Qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of experience working as a Logistician. Experience shall include: property accounting processes to include the associated forms. 
  • Shall possess knowledge of automated inventory control systems.
  • Professional experience shall include processing, shipping, receiving, packaging, material handling, property accountability and discharge of excess property.  
  • Shall have practical experience with processing paperwork related to Government Bill
  • Willing to TDY to CONUS and OCONUS locations

 
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team. Ability to coordinate and perform property accountability functions.
  • Experience developing material handling processes for shipping, receiving, storage, and disposition of property. Able to perform logistics management and control activities.
  • Ability to provides expert level export and control guidance to relevant external customers and offices in the acquisition of systems classified at the S//SI or higher level.
  • Experience performing program specific logistics management activities.  
  • Ability to serve as team lead and manager at the level appropriate to support all facets of the program.
  • Ability to Identify issues and work to resolve using available resources and best practices. Willing to modify and streamline existing logistics practices and processes should they need updating or modification.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Current and active TS/SCI with polygraph

The projected compensation range for this position is $66,700.00-$110,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.  ManTech’s benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
