ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Program Control Analyst to join our team working remotely.  

As the Lead PCA, you will provide project management/administrative support and coordination to a complex portfolio of contracts. The Lead PCA may manage the program PCA team and may be responsible for the training and development of that team. This position will be required to travel occasionally for annual offsite and team events. Travel will primarily be to Lexington Park, MD and Herndon, VA, but travel to other areas may also be requested.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manages, maintains, and monitors contractor funding and expenditures

  • Builds and manages forecasting models for various programs

  • Coordinates, negotiates, and resolves financial compliance issues

  • Prepares and delivers financial reports to customer and/or government and prepares reports and financial statements for management

  • Works as key technical expert on financial analysis, issues, and concerns

  • Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met

  • Audits expense reports, timesheets, and purchase requisitions

  • Works with several contract types to include, Time and Material, Cost Plus fix Fee, Cost Plus LOE, Firm Fix Price, and Straight-line

  • Creates Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs), Budget estimates, and/or cost to complete work analysis for new projects or new work

  • Manages a team of Program Finance Analysts, ranging from Junior level to Senior level

  • Trained New and existing employees on finance process and government regulations

  • Worked closely with all departments to ensure contract needs are met

  • Ability to multitask and multi-manage program execution responsibilities with corporate financial responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline

  • 5+ years of experience providing financial analysis in support of government contracts

  • Experience must include financial planning and analysis, project planning and control, forecasting, indirect rate management, and variance analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday, Hyperion, sPro, and PowerBI

Clearance Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship required and an active or current Secret Security Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $78,700.00-$131,100.00.
