ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Knowledge Manager to join our team in Doral, FL.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Lead Knowledge Manager is recognized as a subject matter expert in knowledge management (KM), possessing extensive experience and deep understanding of KM principles, methodologies, and best practices
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s KM strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration
Provide expert guidance and mentorship to other KM professionals and Project Teams, ensuring that KM practices are integrated effectively into all aspects of the organization’s operations
They lead the development and maintenance of knowledge repositories, including knowledgebases, wikis, and other platforms, ensuring that information is accurate, accessible, and relevant to user needs
They develop and implement comprehensive KM frameworks, methodologies, and tools, leveraging technology to enhance knowledge capture, sharing, and reuse
They provide expert advice on KM-related issues, including the resolution of conflicts between KM reference material and new requirements, and the development of KM training programs
They stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in KM, continuously updating their knowledge and skills to contribute to the advancement of the organization’s KM capabilities
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in field necessary to assume Lead Knowledge Manager duties or 4 years of additional expeirence in lieu of a degree.
12+ years of experience with 7+ years relevant Knowledge Management experience, with a focus on cybersecurity.
Experience in developing and implementing KM strategies, frameworks, and methodologies in complex organizations.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity domains, including network security, data security, incident response, and security auditing.
Demonstrated expertise in curating and managing cybersecurity knowledge resources from various sources, including threat feeds, vulnerability databases, and industry publications.
Proven ability to foster and manage online communities of practice to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among cybersecurity professionals.
Strong understanding of Zero Trust security principles and their implications for knowledge management in cybersecurity.
Relevant industry-standard certifications such as KM Institute, Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM), Knowledge Management Professional (KMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Security+ or CySA+, or ITIL Master.
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s Degree or PhD in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Experience in developing and delivering KM training programs.
Experience in conducting KM audits and assessments.
Contributions to industry publications or presentations on KM topics, particularly in the cybersecurity domain. Active participation in professional KM communities and organizations.
Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

Must have an active Secret clearance

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
