ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead CNO Software Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.
  • Independently contribute to the designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.
  • Apply senior level knowledge of security concepts and networks.
  • Provide guidance to other CNO developers on the team.
  • Ensure software standards are met.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, OR 8+ years of relevant experience without a BS degree.
  • Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.
  • Troubleshooting / debugging experience.
  • Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.
  • CNO capability development experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.
  • Understand assembly programming concepts.
  • Experience in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g. Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices).
  • Unit Test experience.
  • Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)
  • Experience managing/leading teams

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Active, current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery.
  • Regular communication with co-workers, management, and customers.

The projected compensation range for this position is $138,700.00-$231,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.  ManTech’s benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
