MANTECH seeks a motivated, career-focused, and customer-oriented Junior Program Office Analyst to join an on-site team in Washington DC.
 

In this early-career role, you will help manage project documentation, track progress, and contribute to cross-functional collaboration efforts. You will work alongside experienced teams supporting mission-critical Navy programs, gaining valuable exposure to programmatic operations in a high-impact environment.
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Works on projects and matters of limited complexity in a support capacity
  • Collects and compiles data to produce organization-wide project status reports and performance analysis
  • Participates in individual projects by providing technical or business assessments, research, and problem resolution
  • Assists teammates with documentation practices, training materials, and process improvements
  • Coordinates efforts to optimize cross-project resources and schedules
  • Supports financial and schedule assessments of completed projects and contributes to developing future project roadmaps
     

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the US Navy, including active duty, government civilian, or contractor support roles
  • Experience working with NAVSEA technical authorities (e.g., NAVSEA 05)
  • Experience supporting US Navy Program Managers in an analyst or support role
     

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must hold an active Top Secret clearance.
     

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and/or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $64,700.00-$107,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH’s benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
