ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Journeyman Auditor to join our team in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conducts audits to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks

• Ensure the integrity and efficiency of operations by conducting thorough audits and providing valuable insights to improve internal processes

• Perform audits of IT systems, applications, and processes to assess compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and PCI DSS

• Develop audit plans, conduct interviews, review documentation, and analyze data to identify potential risks and control gaps

• Assist in conducting risk assessments to identify and evaluate cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities

• Analyze the potential impact and likelihood of identified risks and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies and action plans

• Develop and execute test plans to evaluate the effectiveness of security controls

• Validate the configuration and operation of security tools and technologies

• Assess the adequacy of security awareness training and incident response procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, or related field or 4 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree

• 4+ years of experience with 2+ years of position-specific relevant experience.

• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2).

• Experience conducting IT audits and control testing. Knowledge of common security technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint security)

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in IT audit, cybersecurity audit, or a related field.

• Master’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM)

• Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have an active Interim Secret with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
