ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Journeyman Asset Analyst to join our team in Doral, FL.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provides property management support, including overseeing vendor deliveries, tracking equipment, and conducting inventory at sites.
Manages the full lifecycle of property, from acquisition and receiving to transfer, excessing, reutilization, repair, disposal, and retirement.
Monitors equipment status, determines maintenance requirements, recommends priorities, and conducts annual inventory audits.
Prepares Inventory Status Reports and other ad-hoc reports for leadership.
Provides supervisory functions for staff delivering mission-support services and receives guidance from senior personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, business administration, logistics, or related field or 4 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
4+ years of experience with 2+ years of position-specific relevant experience.
Experience in asset management, inventory control, or a related field.
Proficiency in asset tracking systems and databases.
Experience with inventory management procedures and best practices.
Experience with asset lifecycle management.
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, business administration, logistics, or related field.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and/or SharePoint.
Experience with Integrated Logistics Support System (ILSS IBM MAXIMO) and System Applications and Products (SAP).
Experience with property management in a DoD environment. Knowledge of Government property regulations and policies.
Experience with specific asset tracking software used by the organization. Experience with barcode scanning and RFID technologies. DAWIA Level II or III Logistics Certification (or equivalent training and experience).
Relevant certifications in asset management (e.g., Certified Associate in Asset Management (CAAM), Certified Professional in Asset Management (CPAM)).
Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
