Description & Requirements
Currently, our Navy Aviation Division is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Integrated Government Schedule Developer to join our team in the Arlington, VA area to support Cost & Schedule Analysis Department. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collecting requirements from technical subject matter experts and translating into information used to develop and maintain an integrated government schedule (IGS).
Developing and maintaining a Transformation Cadence Calendar IGS that incorporates events and milestones from 5 Pillar IGS files and leadership briefs.
Responsible for developing small and medium complex IGS that capture the life-cycle requirements through interactions with multiple IPTs and stakeholders.
Establish a baseline that reflects a projects critical path.
Provide Critical/Driving path analysis and “What if” scenarios as required.
Status the IMS collecting inputs for schedule development, status, and reporting based on business rhythm.
Monitoring and reporting variances and metrics to the IPT teams and other stakeholders as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must have a minimum of four(4) years of experience with the following relevant skills and knowledge.
Ability to communicate with technical experts to obtain information to develop, update & maintain the IGSs.
Experience developing small and medium complex IGS
Experience establishing a baseline that reflects a projects critical path
Experience preforming Critical/Driving path analysis
Performing “What if” scenarios as required
Bachelor’s Degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in math, science, statistics, or engineering desired, but not required
Knowledge and familiarity with DoD Acquisition Lifecycle
Knowledge and familiarity with digital transformation projects
Knowledge and familiarity with PowerBI
Experience with technical program management support
Experience interfacing with senior level customers, providing analysis of schedule, schedule drivers/impacts, and providing possible improvement/resolution/mitigation solutions
Experience with OnePager
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and hold an active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
Tasking is primarily computer based
The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC
Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. Zoom, TEAMS)
