ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Insider Threat Analytics Lead to join our team in Chantilly, VA.
The Insider Threat Analytics Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily analysis center operations and all analysis related functions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead all analytical efforts related to the development of new policies, models, tools, and dashboards in support of insider threat analysis.
Leveraging experience to analyze large data thoroughly and efficiently to identify anomalous activity, particularly activity that would not be flagged by less technical analysts
Proposing new methodologies and/or processes to improve analytic capabilities
Performing all-source analysis in support of the Sponsor’s mission
Participating in analyst meetings and working groups to address issues
Researching, preparing, and presenting reports and briefings as required
Communicating and coordinating with internal and external partners and customers as needed
May require travel to locations within the WMA and worldwide.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, security studies, computer science, behavioral Science, criminal justice, or relevant with 10+ years of relevant business area expertise in Counterintelligence (CI) Insider Threat programs, Information Assurance (IA), Security and/or Law Enforcement
An active Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
The ability to obtain and maintain additional required DoD 8570.01-M Certifications as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated effectiveness in providing impromptu as well as prepared data analysis and
briefings
Strong desire and ability to learn new skills and quickly and stay abreast of analytical trends
Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
Clearance Requirements:
An active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
