MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Assurance Analyst to join our team in Fayetteville, NC.
 

In this role, you will contribute to a mission-focused team that will support military operators and mission partners by verifying the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of systems by implementing and maintaining rigorous security protocols. This role supports accreditation efforts and ongoing security operations, working closely with both technical and policy stakeholders.
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Planning, implementing, upgrading, and monitoring security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.

  • Responding to security control requirements and maintaining documentation libraries including up-to-date network diagrams

  • Managing and conducting vulnerability assessments and routine scans across networks

  • Overseeing system baselines and configuration management processes including monitoring and auditing policies

  • Collaborating across technical and management teams to ensure full-spectrum security support for operational systems

  • As part of a Cyber Operations Team, leading the day-to-day execution of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.

  • Supervising the development and maintenance of the entire A&A package, including the SSP and all supporting artifacts.

  • Serving as a primary point of contact for the government on all RMF documentation and evidence matters.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field

  • 9+ years of experience in Information Assurance or Cybersecurity

  • Strong experience with system accreditation, Body of Evidence (BOE), and ICD 503 compliance

  • Demonstrated success managing cybersecurity across complex, multi-system environments

  • Proficient in network documentation, system compliance, patch management, and access control

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

  • Familiarity with DoD-specific cyber risk and compliance tools

  • Extensive experience managing A&A packages in eMASS.

  • Experience leading security working groups or boards

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
