ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Industrial Security Assistant to join our team in Crane, IN. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide program security support to the Government Customer’s Security Office, and complete assigned actions in support of a multi-disciplined and complex SCI environment
Work myriad security issues in industrial, operational, technical, information, and information system security disciplines
Aid defense contractors in all industrial security disciplines
Review and prepare Contract Data Classification Worksheets
Review and prepare DD Form 254s
Coordinate Co-Use Agreements and Memorandums of Understanding
Establish effective working relationships with other Government Agencies and mission partners
Provide administrative and organization support for a NSWC Crane Department
Up to 25% travel required
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
3+ years of professional experience relevant to DoD Industrial Security Administrative support
Experience analyzing complex information, independently taking actions, and reviewing and approving recommendations from others
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related discipline
3+ years of Industrial Security related administrative experience at NAVSEA or Navy DoD environment operating; Defense Information System for Security (DISS), Base Access Security Information Control System (Basics II), Share Point, and Government developed databases
Familiarity with security policy/manuals and the appropriate ICDs/JAFANs/DOD Manuals and other guiding policy documents
Clearance Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required and a current Top-Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility required
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
