ManTech Seeks a highly skilled and knowledgeable IT Project Lead to join our team. This position is located onsite at a customer location in Huntsville, AL.

The IT Project Lead will be managing a team supporting a larger cyber program.  The team supports requirements determination, data management and analysis and web support.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team who is responsible for gathering requirements from Government staff, managing web systems and sites, data management and data analysis, developing dashboards, configuration management support and other tasks.

  • Collaborates with Government staff on needs and coordinates closely with other groups across the program, supporting the ManTech Program Manager and program’s overall success.

  • Ensures that team staff skills and competencies meet program requirements.

  • Responsible for the overall team’s success and defines various projects’/tasks scope and objectives.

  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

  • Leads configuration management for the team’s projects, tasks and deliverables.

  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of IT experience; 2+ years as a Team Lead managing staff and their tasks / deliverables.

  • Possess hands-on experience using JIRA and/or Confluence.

  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

  • Demonstrated experience of configuration management processes and procedures.

  • Experience working in a cybersecurity program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.

  • Experience with Splunk

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power App, Power Automate)

  • Preferred Certifications:

    • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)

    • Splunk Core Certified Power User

    • ITIL v4 Practice Manager (PM)

    • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate

Clearance Requirement:

  • Must have an Active Top Secret with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
