Description & Requirements
Currently, the Navy Aviation Division is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Integrated Government Schedule Developer - IMS Analyst to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area to support Cost & Schedule Analysis Department. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collecting requirements from technical subject matter experts and translating into information used to develop and maintain an integrated government schedule (IGS).
Guiding project teams in schedule development and integration processes.
Develop networked schedules using critical path method, baseline and status using milestones, task, duration, lead/lag, and other standard data points of schedule development, maintenance, and analysis.
Evaluating project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), industry Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to identify information relevant to the integrated government schedule.
Identifying, evaluating, and presenting critical and driving path tasks.
Developing and maintaining new One Pager views.
Communicating schedule status during in-person and virtual meetings, via telephone, and through email.
Formatting and presenting schedule data using MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience with the following skills and knowledge:
Developing and maintaining integrated government schedules.
Experience with Integrated Master Plans (IMP), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Experience using MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.
Ability to travel within the continental United States two (2) to four (4) times per year in one (1)-week increments.
Bachelor’s Degree in areas related to math, science, statistics, or engineering.
This is an onsite position. Must be able to report to customer site a minimum of four (4) days per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree related to math, science, statistics, or engineering desired, but not required.
Experience with One Pager Pro
Knowledge and familiarity with DoD Acquisition Lifecycle
Knowledge and familiarity with aircraft and weapons systems
Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
Knowledge and familiarity with PowerBI
Knowledge and familiarity with OnePager Professional
Experience with technical program management support.
Experience interfacing with senior level customers, providing analysis of schedule, schedule drivers/impacts, and providing possible improvement/resolution/mitigation solutions.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Tasking is primarily computer based. The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. Zoom, TEAMS).
