Description & Requirements

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Hardware Engineer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • 10%-20% OCONUS/OCONUS Travel

  • Ability to rack and stack hardware

  • Read and understand a CRL

  • Ability to cable a rack based off that documentation.

  • Troubleshoot various hardware issues

  • Coordinate, and work with multiple organizations during a TDY

  • Ability to manage multiple hardware related SNOW tickets and keep the customer updated on ticket statuses.  

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least five (5) years’ experience supporting IT operations within the Intelligence Community

  • A bachelor’s degree in communications engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related disciple from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional hardware engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excel

  • ServiceNow

Clearance Requirements:

  •  Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $80,900.00-$134,800.00.
