ManTech is seeks a motivated, career, and customer-oriented GEOINT Technical Trainer to join our team in Springfield, Virginia.
 

This position supports the GEOINT Operations Center (NOC) Directorate who provides global situational awareness and time-sensitive geospatial intelligence to support continuous operations. The NOC is the Agency’s integrator of operations and intelligence activities for NGA’s internal and external partners Currently ManTech is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Technical Trainer to join our team in Springfield, Virginia. This position supports the GEOINT Operations Center (NOC) Directorate who provides global situational awareness and time-sensitive geospatial intelligence to support continuous operations. The NOC is the Agency’s integrator of operations and intelligence activities for NGA’s internal and external partners
 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Design, develop, implement, and deliver comprehensive training programs for the NOC.
  • Schedule and coordinate course deliveries in Springfield, VA and St. Louis, MO.
  • Manage all training logistics, including room reservations, videoconferencing setup, and guest speaker coordination.
  • Support the NOC Experiential Training Program through coordination of shadowing and site visit opportunities.
  • Collect, analyze, and report training feedback to NGA; recommend and implement approved course material updates.
  • Deliver recurring training programs, including:
    • NOC Sustainment Training (C3I Watch) – Twice per month, 2 days in length, ~18 participants.
    • NOC Orientation – Monthly, 5 days, 3–8 participants.
    • NOC One Day Seminar – Monthly, open to the agency, 1 day, 15 participants.
    • NOC Experiential Training – Monthly, for Core Leadership Teams (CLTs).
    • NOC Sustainment Training (CLTs) – Twice per month, 2 days, ~8 participants.
       

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field to Business/GIS or 4 additional years of experience
  • 11 years of GEOINT/IC front office experience
  • Knowledge of NGA applications and methods including developing correspondence and internal/external communications, taskers
     

Desired:

  • Thorough understanding of the National System for GEOINT (NSG)
  • Knowledge of NGA, its Key Components, directorate, offices, and programs
     

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a Poly
     

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Constantly position self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copier, scanner, and computer printer.
  • Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
