ManTech is seeking a GEOINT SME to help support our current Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity Contract at Camp Pendleton, CA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The MCTSSA Geospatial Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for understanding and analyzing requirements, developing capabilities, and evaluating Geospatial and ALLSOURCE rapid technology insertions for the DCGS-MC family of systems and system of systems.
Analyze and understand Marine Corps Systems Command fielded solutions and requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure Geospatial requirements are properly integrated into larger intelligence information system architectures.
Conduct analyses of existing Geospatial data and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
Implement Geospatial Intelligence requirements for information systems in accordance with DoD policies, regulations, and standards.
Evaluate and validate Geospatial requirements to ensure they align with the USMC Geospatial Intelligence community to meet operational capabilities and priorities.
Prepare and deliver briefings to senior leaders and other stakeholders to communicate Geospatial requirements and capabilities.
Keep up-to-date with advances in geospatial intelligence technology, and make recommendations for the adoption of new tools and techniques.
Collaborate with other contractors and project teams to ensure Geospatial requirements are properly integrated into larger IT projects.
Evaluate and analyze Geospatial rapid technology insertions.
Provide technical expertise in the development and implementation of ALLSOURCE databases and other repositories, including data migration strategies and schema design.
Identify integration and interoperability opportunities with SIGINT and ALLSOURCE systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and at least 12 years of experience in Geospatial systems engineering and acquisition processes. Additional 3 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Strong background in Geospatial capabilities and systems
Knowledge of DCGS-MC systems and their capabilities
Experience with DoD requirements

Ability to analyze complex data and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
