ManTech seeks a mission-focused Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Combat Systems Analyst to join our team in Washington, D.C. This position offers a fluid hybrid schedule, requiring at least one in-office day per week. Some weeks may necessitate full in-office attendance, depending on customer needs
In this position you will help coordinate the integration, transfer, and sustainment of U.S. Navy combat systems to our allied nations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing subject matter expertise on U.S. Navy combat systems
Supporting the planning and execution of FMS case activities throughout the lifecycle, including requirements definition, system integration, and sustainment
Coordinating with U.S. government stakeholders, international partners, and industry to ensure accurate and timely delivery of FMS systems and services
Assisting in the development and review of technical documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), cost estimates, and system specifications
Tracking project milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with case timelines and funding constraints
Participating in technical reviews, working groups, and integrated product teams to support successful program execution
Conducting research and analysis on international customer requirements and U.S. Navy capabilities to support decision-making and case development
Travel up to 25% which may include both CONUS and OCONUS travel
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of Navy combat systems experience, with specific experience supporting Aegis combat system
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR equivalent education and relevant years of experience may be substituted in liue of degree
Must possess a Valid passport
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current U.S. government Secret security clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
