MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of more complex financial analysis projects such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.

  • Provides analysis for forward-looking financial and business-related projects.

  • Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas. 

  • Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management. 

  • Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts. 

  • Provides key financial analysis and management reporting by managing various monthly reporting processes.

  • May assume a team lead role for the work group.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (additional experience may be substituted for education).

  • 4+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the US Navy, including on active duty, government civilian, or support contractor.

  • Experience working with US Navy Program Managers in an analyst role.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must hold an active Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $86,500.00-$144,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, ManTech invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  ManTech’s benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
