ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a remote position.

Duties will include forecasting/budgeting, contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, maintenance and reporting, and purchasing.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide Program Financial Control functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, establishing/managing program cost baselines. 
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to support decision-making processes. 
  • Responsible for the accurate, timely preparation, submission of financial contract deliverables. 
  • Generate financial status reports and/or charts to meet contractual financial reporting requirements (e.g., monthly status report, etc.). 
  • Prepares material estimates and delivery schedules. 
  • Prepare and present accurate and concise financial reports, presentations, and dashboards. 
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve financial discrepancies. 
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and research as required. 
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 
  • Support customer budget requests and submissions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field. An additional 6 years of Financial Analysis experience could sub for a degree.
  • 3 + years of experience as a financial analyst.
  • Understanding of defense contracting, FAR, CAS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI).
  • Experience in handling multiple programs and various contract types.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, project planning and control, forecasting, indirect rate management, and variance analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft and Hyperion highly recommended.
  • Excellent records/file management & archiving skills.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position majority of the time.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $78,700.00-$131,100.00.
