ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Field Technician to join our team in Altadena, California.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Resolves a broad range of technical issues in support of customer’s computer and mobile hardware, software and network related issues
• Install, configure and troubleshoot software
• Maintain and update records and tickets using ServiceNow
• Provides support on an as needed basis outside of normal business hours
• Learn customers hardware and software environment to assist in manufacturing and fabrication support
• Alerts management to issues that may require escalation with details of the situation

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years desktop systems support experience in mid-to-large environments.
• At least one Technical Certification such as:
  • Apple (ACMT, ACSP)
  • Windows (MCSE, MOS)
  • CompTIA A+
• Experience using the ServiceNow problem/ticket management systems
• Strong understanding of Apple 15.3.1 Sequoia
• Experience with desktop imaging process and provisioning and managing computers in an Active Directory environment
• Familiar with Windows 11, Linux-RedHat 7, Apple Jamf, Personal Identification Verification (PIV), Two Factor Authentication
• Experience with supporting Mobile Devices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust prior to starting this position

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and clients, which may involve delivering presentations ad must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
