Description & Requirements
ManTech seeks a Field Service Representative to join our team in our USMC customer on Camp Pendleton, CA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide All Source Field Support Representative (FSR) services for ManTech's C4ISR Sustainment program in direct support of the U.S. Marine Corps.
Entering problem reports into Configuration Management Professional (CMPro).
Provide local commands support in upgrading and fielding of systems, software upgrades, Maintenance Instructions (MIs) and other system level support.
Provide on-site support for NIWC-Atlantic and MARSYSCOM Program Office as required.
Provide training to end users in the proper operations and maintenance of USMC Intel systems. This training could be over-the-shoulder training in a one-on-one environment or a formal classroom environment with multiple students.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years’ experience. Without a degree a total of Fifteen (10-15) years of hands-on experience with the training and evaluation of procedures, instruction, curriculum management and development, and database management for C4ISR systems, to include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
CompTIA Security Plus - Continuous Education (CE).
Strong familiarity with enterprise solutions, databases and software link analysis tools such as Palantir, Advances Analytics Technical Solutions (AATS), and ArcPro
Ability to load, configure and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Experience in submitting "problem reports" and updating them in a web hosted software tracking system.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active / current TS/SCI security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
