ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Sr. Field Service Representative join our team in Pozan, Poland. This is an onsite position.  The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever Sanitization (ACAS) program. The Field Service Representative III is responsible for providing in-depth technical onsite support and service for ACAS tasks, ensuring the proper deinstallation, reinstallation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of products and systems.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintenance support which includes operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to component level.
  • Effectively applies industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.
  • They query and utilize the ACAS Knowledge Base (KB) to prepare for and execute assigned CSR missions, leveraging the latest shared RST best practices and experiences for all newly assigned CSR projects to improve Team and individual mission efficiency and mission concluding inspection quality results. They ensure post-mission RST experiences and best practices are promptly submitted to the Quality Manager IV/Quality Team for timely incorporation into the continuously improving and maturing ACAS KB.
  • They use the LogMASTRE application to document and manage CSR logistics requirements.
  •  They provide maintenance support to the Heavy Mechanic IIIs and IIs, including technical operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to the component level.
  • They effectively apply industry- or military-standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.
  • When required during RST agricultural and sanitization activities, they oversee the execution of the pull and reinstall of vehicle power packs in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 750-1 (Army Material Maintenance Policy).
  • They ensure cleaning and sanitization process compliance with Federal, U.S. Army, and Host Nation regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience which include 4 years working on MRAP vehicles.
  • Proficient with a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and welding.
  • Demonstrated experience in the application of industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.
  • Prior training or maintenance experience on MRAP FOV systems.
  • Experience in technical support of complex U.S. military ground systems.
  • Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements, if needed
  • Possession of a valid European or German driver's license is required (OR) the ability to obtain a valid driving license before beginning employment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Holding an existing German or European Work VISA is preferred. 
  • Prior training or maintenance experience on MRAP FOV systems preferable.
  • Preferably familiar or knowledgeable with MRAP/RCV systems.                                         .
  • Willingness to travel to various US or OCONUS locations.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a (DoD) Public Trust clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
  • Must be able to work in high noise areas.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard
