MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Executive Operations Director to join our Cyber Practice. This is a remote position.

The Executive Operations Director will work to devise a transition strategy for how our Programs and Growth teams adopt a solutions and consultative mindset across the company. As a member of ManTech’s leadership team, you will apply technical knowledge, strong analytical and innovative thinking, and expertise across various solution providers to quickly learn and turn new ideas into working solutions, drive proof of concepts and pilots to accelerate the onboarding of new technologies and solutions for ManTech and the important customer mission we support.  

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Design, build, and integrate the Cyber Practice across the entire enterprise, with a focus on Cyber Operations.

  • Identify, shape, and pursue new business opportunities, including go-to-market strategy and capturing pipeline deals.

  • Understand client needs, provide insights, and develop complex technical solutions that deliver value.

  • Create in-depth, holistic technical solutions for new and existing programs

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs, and developing complex, in-depth technical solutions for both new and existing programs.

  • Collaborate with technical experts and leadership to mature and expand capabilities in Analytics, Cyber, Digital Engineering, and IT.

  • Deliver mission focused demonstrations to prospective customers. 

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • 15+ years of relevant operations experience with 5+ years within consulting and/or service delivery experience supporting the National Security community. 

  • Proven ability to design, develop and deliver an accretive government facing cyber capabilities across the Federal Govt. 

  • Understanding of multiple technical disciplines to drive the analytics mindset to include but not limited to systems engineering, software/systems development, agile and cloud computing, data analytics, AI/ML, cybersecurity, intelligent automation, and digital engineering.  

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, and multitasking ability are a must; ability to think and operate at both the strategic and tactical levels (e.g., able to devise a short-term solution that complements the longer-term goals). 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree

  • Exceptional communication, team building and mentoring skills.  Ability to manage multiple programs/ assignments simultaneously.  

  • Proven technical and/or proposal writing skills. Strong written and verbal communications, especially when presenting technical topics to a non-technical audience. 

Security Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations


The projected compensation range for this position is $162,600.00-$291,300.00.
