Description & Requirements

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Executive Cyber Development SME to join our team.

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Executes functional business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy

  • Decisions are guided by divisional strategy and priorities

  • Requires comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards, as well as of the changing business environment

  • Applies industry expertise and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance within a division/region

  • Leads through subordinate managers of managers; executes division/regional strategy

  • Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advance analytical thought and judgement

  • Impacts results of part of a division or a region by providing support to impact the company

  • Guided by divisional strategy

  • Negotiates with and influences others internally and externally; including senior executives within the company and vendors/or regulators

Basic Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years or more of experience in DoD Cyber Crimes Center (DC3).

  • Master’s Degree

  • Cumulative ten (10+) years or more of experience working in the DoD environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience with Naval Intelligence (ONI).

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active Secret Clearance.

Physical Requirements:

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $167,600.00-$279,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.  ManTech’s benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
