MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team in McLean, VA. This role is 100% onsite.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
• At least ten (10) years of experience performing software development and engineering work in large, complex, multi-application environments
• At least seven (7) years of systems/software architecture experience
• At least five (5) years of experience understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• At least three (3) years of specialized experience in Federal Government enterprise-scale system management
• Experience with the complete engineering project development lifecycle
• Experience explaining complex problems in the simplest possible terms
• Experience designing and integrating multiple systems, services, and applications
• Experience streamlining and consolidating stacks
• Experience with and knowledge of various architecture patterns such as microservices
• Experience with designing and implementing cloud-based solutions
• Experience in developing/supporting complex technical solutions
• Experience and familiarity integrating emerging technologies into an enterprise framework

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
• Experience architecting solutions for ServiceNow and Salesforce
• Experience analyzing and rationalizing IT portfolio-based platform(s) (cloud applications, hardware, software) to support enhancements to current cloud applications and systems
• Experience designing and implementing multi-cloud solutions
• Experience with emerging technologies to include leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) capability 

Clearance Requirements:

• TS/SCI with polygraph

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
