MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Enterprise Architect Manager to join our team in the Washington, DC area.
This is a hybrid position that is expected to be on-site at the customer location in Washington, DC three (3) days per week and two (2) days remote.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for leading and managing the service delivery of enterprise engineering to include solutions engineering, IT development, and testing
Designs and develops IT Architecture
Manages all testing activities within lab and test environments
Assists in solution development and engineering
Manages multi-discipline technical teams, performing engineering, testing, and IT service improvement
Oversees project deliverables and ensures quality meets client expectations
Develops and conduct senior stakeholder briefings.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree. May be substituted with 6 additional years of relevant IT experience.
8+ years of related management experience with an emphasis on IT Infrastructure Architecture programs and/or projects
5+ years of proven experience managing a program with at least 15 personnel delivering Infrastructure Support Services
3+ years of experience interfacing and presenting to C-level executives
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Certifications: Possession of an active ITIL 4 certification or an enterprise architecture framework certification such as TOGAF, demonstrating a deep understanding of service lifecycles and architectural standards
Technical Environment Expertise: Proven experience managing hybrid cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and overseeing large-scale migrations or integrations within a federal agency infrastructure
Agile/DevSecOps Leadership: Practical experience implementing Agile or DevSecOps methodologies to streamline IT development, testing, and solution engineering workflows
Engineering Lab Oversight: Demonstrated success in managing complex hardware/software lab environments, specifically regarding configuration management and automated testing protocols
Strategic Transformation: A track record of leading IT Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives that resulted in measurable increases in system reliability or cost-efficiencies for government clients
PMI’s PMP certification preferred

The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
The projected compensation range for this position is $159,900.00-$283,700.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
