Description & Requirements
ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Engineering Lab/Full Stack Developer to join our team in supporting a large US Government program within the Belcamp, MD region.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operations and Maintenance Tier II Support for IT Infrastructure across multiple networks and security domains
Working knowledge of a Microsoft based IT Enterprise infrastructure and associated network hardware and software
Security/Information Assurance response to potential Vulnerabilities related to IAVAs and OPDIRs
Brief leadership on the health of systems, individual and/or enterprise
Providing user support and guidance
Recommending and implementing upgrades, patches, new applications, and new equipment
Update/Create documentation as needed (user guides, admin guides, knowledge base articles, FAQs, quick reference guides)
Set-up, configuration, and support of internal and external networks
Create and implement router and switch configurations.
Troubleshooting network performance issues
Setting up IP schemas for multi-tenant environments
Configuring physical and virtual switching, routing, and firewall protocols, ports, and services
Researches, evaluates, and recommends new computer network equipment and technologies.
Utilizes monitoring, performance analysis, network management, software and hardware equipment to trouble shoot and isolate problems, gauge network performance, and trace data and protocol activity.
Develops and executes contingency plans for network software and hardware failures including isolated and major outages.
Minimum Qualifications:
7 years of experience with a BS/BA degree, minimum of eleven (11) years of experience with an associate degree, and a minimum of thirteen (13) years of experience with a HS diploma.
Experience planning, directing, or coordinating operations and functionalities of virtual networks and environments.
Experience in managing DEVSECOPS environments for software product development, integration, testing, and deployment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in STEM or Business Administration.
Cloud certification (i.e. AWS, Google, Azure solution architect certifications)
Experience in managing a team of systems administrators and environment managers.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Physical Requirements:
Use of computers and an ability for productivity in a government office environment within the NCR
Ability to travel within the NCR to visit various physical customer locations.
