Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Electronic Warfare Architect, SME to join our team onsite in Norfolk, Virginia supporting the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Program!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic development and review of EW design artifacts
Conduct comprehensive training for personnel to ensure high levels of competency and performance
Engage with customers to understand their needs and maintain strong relationships
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of EW systems architecture and analytical methods
Design and implement Electronic Warfare Systems and architectures
Algorithm development, including simulation and documentation
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of position relevant work experience
Knowledge of ELINT, COMINT, and RADAR signal processing
Understanding of communications systems architecture, with an emphasis on the physical layer
Preferred Additional Skills:
Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering with 14+ years of experience, or Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of experience
Proficiency in working with Software Defined Radios
Experience with programming languages such as C/C++/C# and tools like Simulink
Experience and understanding of Electronic Support architecture and design principles
Expertise in signal detection, identification, and advanced signal processing techniques
Experience with non-linear signal processing and arbitrary waveform generation
Skilled in technique design, development, and digital signal processing
Familiarity with RF design and EW test environment simulation
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active Secret Security clearance
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
