Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Division Finance Lead to join our team working Remotely.

Job Summary:

This position provides senior level business, finance and strategic leadership to effectively manage all facets of the division. This position includes providing guidance and recommendations to the Division Vice President and Division Program Managers, managing a team of exceptional Program Controllers and fostering an environment of Empowerment, Accountability, and Teamwork. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develops financial plans including budgets and schedules

  • Conducts due diligence activities and makes recommendations to management regarding financial investments

  • Generates forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance, and other areas of business

  • Creates financial models of "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions in
    areas such as new product development, new marketing strategies, etc.

  • Manages professional associates and/or supervisors.  Is accountable for the performance and results of a team. Impacts the level of service and the team’s ability to meet quality, volume, and timeliness of objectives

  • Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.  Decisions are guided by policies, resources, and business plan; receives moderate guidance
    from manager

  • Provides subject matter guidance to associates, colleagues and/or customers. Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own areas and knowledge of other areas

  • Identifies and resolves moderately complex business problems

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an ABET accredited college or university

  • 7+ years of experience completing tasks related to business and financial analysis

  • Must have demonstrable proficiency in MS office and Windows 10

  • Experience managing a team of employees

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience analyzing and generating monthly reports for task orders requiring financial metrics, and other government reporting and deliverable contract requirements

  • Experience preparing procedures and training PCA personnel on concepts and guidelines

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, senior management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations

  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

  • Travel 25%


The projected compensation range for this position is $113,700.00-$181,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.  ManTech’s benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
