ManTech is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Diversity and Inclusion Studies Implementation Analyst to join our team in Springfield, Virginia.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
In concert with the Workforce Analytics Team, carry out both primary and secondary (e.g., HRIS) data collection and analysis activities, interpretation of data and analytic results, development, vetting, and implementation of recommendations.
Developing reports and presentations and delivering reports and presentations to a variety of audiences, to include senior leaders related to the implementation of study recommendations.
Partner with ODE's government staff to provide all diversity-related study implementation for the agency and to oversight (e.g., ODNI, EEOC, OPM).
Identify, develop plans, implement recommendations, and analyze data; then develop strategic implementation plans with respect to triggers and barriers to equal employment opportunities and an inclusive workplace, the current and historical status of the agency’s workforce metrics, and employee sentiment (e.g., awareness of and satisfaction with agency programs and policies) through various means such as group discussions, facilitation events, and other appropriate meetings/briefings.
Administer quality control and process improvement activities, including developing plans and implementation strategies related to study implementation.
Write and maintain supporting documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and guidelines for study implementation for additional study implementation processes.
Support annual, quarterly, and ad hoc internal and external reporting requirements for the agency by preparing and delivering briefings and reports as needed for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Participate in meetings with ODE and partners (to include leaders at all levels of the agency and others, as needed) related to diversity and inclusion and/or study implementation topics.
Participate in the agency, IC, and Federal Government working groups as directed.
The contractor/analyst shall acknowledge all customer requests within four business hours depending on the request.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 11 years of relevant HR experience
7+ years related experience in the social science or workforce diversity related field
2+ years experience and demonstrated ability with group session, plan development, and other strategic implementation planning processes.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, or a similar field with strategic planning experience.
Experience and demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and implementation guides related to diversity and inclusion studies previously and currently developed by the agency.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience utilizing both human capital data (e.g., promotion, attrition rates, internal churn) and diversity and inclusion topical areas (e.g., unconscious bias).
Experience conducting implementation plans or strategic plans with measures of success using data-driven conclusions and turning the findings into meaningful and or actionable recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Subject matter experts in study implementation with advanced degrees in a human resource or diversity and inclusion fields.
Experience working independently or under limited supervisor and deliver outcomes on time.
Experience interacting with senior-level directors and/or agency heads/senior leadership.
Prior NGA Experience.
Security Clearance Requirements:
TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a Poly
Physical Requirements:
Able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copier, scanner, and computer printer.
Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
