Description & Requirements

Currently seeking a visionary and dynamic Digital Transformation Subject Matter Expert to lead the development and implementation of digital transformation business processes and initiatives to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to integrate digital technologies into all areas of the business, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer experiences. The strategist will work closely with technology leads and functional subject matter experts to identify opportunities for digital innovation and ensure alignment with the company’s overall goals. 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development. Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies and associated roadmaps for customers to include identifying key areas for digital innovation and improvement as well as aligning digital transformation initiatives to overall business objectives.

  • Project Management. Advise and assist project managers in managing digital transformation projects from inception to completion by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful implementation and monitoring project progress and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Technology Integration. Evaluate and recommend digital tools and technologies to enhance business processes and oversee the integration of new technologies into existing systems to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of digital solutions.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting. Develop key performance indicators for digital transformation success and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives and optimization of digital strategies.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges to communicate the benefits and impact of digital transformation initiatives and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field

  • 12+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or a related role

  • Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives to include roadmap development

  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, AI, machine learning, IoT, and data analytics

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital transformation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree preferred

  • DoD Project/Program Management experience

  • Experience in Agile or Lean methodologies

  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.


The projected compensation range for this position is $166,700.00-$286,400.00.
