Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Digital Innovation and Transformation Manager (DITM) to join our team. This is a remote position.

The Digital Innovation and Transformation Manager (DITM) will be responsible for translating agency needs into actionable innovation opportunities and proactively identifying, analyzing, and leading the implementation of new technology and processes. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to identify, assess, scale, and optimize solutions to meet organizational goals and objectives. You will also deliver impactful innovation services that appropriately pair the right approaches and methods with project size to achieve high-quality outcomes at reasonable cost. Additionally, you will be responsible for continuous improvement and reporting on the impacts of innovation on customer experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate and successfully implement digital innovation and transformational changes in organizations similar to GSA.
  • Lead the identification, assessment, scaling, and optimization of innovative solutions to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Employ organizational change management to modify culture to gain maximum impact of technological changes
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to collect requirements and deliver emergent technologies to complex business solutions.
  • Deliver impactful innovation services that appropriately pair the right approaches and methods with project size.
  • Promote continuous improvement and report on the impacts of innovation on customer experience.
  • Ensure seamless integration of projects through the engineering pipeline.
  • Define new ways of developing product and packaging solutions internally and externally.
  • Support business process re-engineering (BPR) exercises with measurable results
  • Help the organization become more effective and Agile.

Required Qualifications:

  • An ITIL v4 Foundation certification
  • A bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of (5) five years of experience managing Agile and DevOps projects.
  • Experience facilitating and successfully implementing digital innovation and transformational changes in organizations similar to GSA.
  • Experience managing engineering and operations personnel supporting a similar technical environment.
  • Experience overseeing the execution of projects similar in size, scope, and complexity.
  • Experience managing a transition of systems/applications into a cloud environment.
  • Experience implementing technical and process changes in a highly complex infrastructure environment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience Leading the Implementation of Enterprise-Wide Services: Artificial Intelligence, Automation, DevSecOps, Collaboration Services, Self Service Support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
  • Professional-level cloud certification in at least one of the following cloud service providers: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or MS Azure.
  • Minimum of three years of experience analyzing customer requirements and providing assistance with requirements development.
  • Experience delivering emergent technologies to complex business solutions for stakeholders from multiple disciplines.
  • Experience leading successful improvement projects in an Agile environment for organizations similar in size to GSA.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must hold a Top-Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time 
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel 
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer 
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations 
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.


The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00-$155,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.  ManTech’s benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
