ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Deployment Project Manager to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate with and assist Deployment Lead and Deployment Engineers daily

• Develops and manages project plans, schedules, and timelines

• Communicates project progress, manages expectations, and collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements and address changes. 

• Works closely with deployment site stakeholders to ensure alignment. 

• Address administrative deployment tickets in line with, and in lieu of, the Deployment Engineers

• Works independently, receives minimal guidance

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of deployment project management experience; an additional 4 years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree.

• Strong understanding of PMI-based project management

• Experience in writing documentation and reports for various audiences

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Project Management certification

• Experience in working with engineers and can relay technical information to stakeholders

• Experience with ServiceNow

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience with ITIL, preferably with certification

Clearance Requirements:

• US Citizenship required and active TS clearance adjudicated within the last 6 years.

• Candidate must be open to Poly if selected by the customer

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
