ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Policy Compliance Systems Engineer to join our team in Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide support regarding compliance with applicable national security laws, executive orders, polices and guidelines.
Provide compliance policy expertise related to restricted data handling including foreign rules.
Help define policy rules and translation of compliance policies.
Support Analysis of Alternatives around tool selection.
Engage in full lifecycle of Systems Engineering activities.
Participate in Agile rhythms - including Agile Planning, Demonstrations.
Support acceptance of completed development and test activities including development of Requirements Verification Traceability Matrices, full-spectrum test plans, test reports.
Define data elements needed from external systems.
Develop test approaches that validate system is behaving in-line with policy expectations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 14+ years of systems engineering experience OR Master's Degree in a technical field with 7+ years of systems engineering experience.
Experience with various levels of testing (requirements verification, feature testing, and/or unit testing).
Experience with interface definition and documentation.
Experience with CONOPS development.
Experience working on an Agile scrum team.
Experience with automated testing.
Experience with DevSecOps.
Experience with Cloud technologies.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ CI Polygraph
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
