Description & Requirements
ManTech is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Cybersecurity Exercise Planer III, Ft Meade/NPB. The ideal candidate will perform as and manage the full spectrum of systems engineering tasks to include requirements analysis, feature, system and interface design, system integration, system testing, as well as working with the modeling team in support of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and all associated documentation.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Developing cyber exercises for Combatant Commands
Developing exercise plans and plans utilizing relevant policies, directives and doctrines to develop and execute custom, realistic, scenario-based exercises to test the effectiveness of cybersecurity training tools, processes, and procedures.
Coordinating and facilitating requirement gathering and work with stakeholders and process owners to define and document required cybersecurity process evaluations.
Drafting and maintaining exercise life cycle documents including after-action reporting, lessons learned, and processing improvement plans that incorporate recommendations and modifications to cybersecurity plans, processes, and protocols.
Supervising and mentoring subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff.
Minimum qualifications:
Five years of position specific relevant experience
Experience with JPP, JOPES and APEX planning formats
Preferred qualifications:
Experience briefing senior military or civilian leaders
Industry relevant certifications such as SAMS, SAASS or JAWS. Proficient with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project
Security clearance requirement:
Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be willing and able to obtain a polygraph.
Physical requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
