Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cybersecurity Exercise Planner II to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD.  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the planning, development, facilitation / orchestration, execution, and assessment of cyber exercises.

  • Integrating cyber intelligence into cyber exercises.

  • Assisting commands with scripting to emulate current threat tactics, techniques and procedures.

  • Integrating vulnerability research into cyber exercises.

  • Taking direction from more senior staff personnel.

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related discipline and four (4) years of position-specific relevant experience.

  • Experience with JPP, JOPES or APEX planning formats. 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience briefing senior military or civilian leaders.

  • Experience facilitating exercise events.

  • Industry relevant certifications such as SAMS, SAASS or JAWS.

  • Proficient with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.

Security clearance requirement:

  •  Must have a current/active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and/or maintain a Polygraph.

Physical requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.

  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
