ManTech is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Cyber RMF SME IV to join our team in the DMV area. We have opportunities in the Washington, DC area as well as Northern Virginia and Maryland. The ideal candidate will perform as and manage the full spectrum of systems engineering tasks to include requirements analysis, feature, system and interface design, system integration, system testing, as well as working with the modeling team in support of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and all associated documentation.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Analyzing, designing, developing, and deploying advanced cybersecurity and multi-cloud engineering projects to implement security operations and technical solutions compliant with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF).
SME responsible for cybersecurity and multi-cloud engineering oversight.
Operational management responsibilities will include development, review, and update of Incident Response (IR) Plans, policies, standard operating procedures (SOP), IR Playbooks, knowledge articles, and other operational documentation.
Collaborating with Agency infrastructure engineering for the implementation, maintenance, and operation of cybersecurity appliances, tools, and technologies, and will support Government Agency leadership by making recommendations and supporting initiatives to reduce project costs and enhance the customer cybersecurity framework (automation, equipment, tools, technology, process, and training).
Minimum Qualifications:
12 years of position specific relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline
High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree
DoD 8570.1-m IAT Level II, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certifications.
Experience performing SOC operations, incident response, cyber tool engineering and support for SIEM, EDR/MDR/XDR, IDS/IPS tools, Red Team assessments, network management, and NIST RMF evaluations. Interpersonal, organizational, writing, communications, and briefing and managerial skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in an IT-related discipline and relevant industry standard certifications.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be willing and able to obtain a polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
