ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Configuration Manager to join our team in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Establish and maintain the configuration baseline, which is a set of approved and controlled versions of project or system components serving as the reference point for further development, testing, and deployment.

• Control components for projects and systems as they are developed, updated, and deployed.

• Execute the Configuration Change Board (CCB)

• Execute Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) process.

• Develop configuration management strategies.

• Conduct regular audits of configuration data to ensure compliance with established policies and standards.

• Document all configuration management activities.

• Provide expertise in configuration management.

• Supervise and mentor subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related technical field.

  • Masters degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience.

  • PhD degree is equivalent to 4 years of experience.

• A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong configuration management skills.

• Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting DoD programs.

• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.

• Experience in IT service management.

• ITIL certification.

• Conduct regular audits of configuration data to ensure compliance with established policies and standards.

• Experience with cloud-based technologies.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have a current/active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.”
